Working with Charlie in a Product Management-Design relationship, I was continually amazed at his ability to translate the abstract ideas in my head into hard concepts which helped me to crystalize the direction that I wanted to take the product in. His passion, his drive to deliver not only the nuts and bolts of the ask but to go the extra mile, to think 3 steps ahead and know instinctively what the right design approach was that would not only deliver what was wanted today but that would also give us the freedom to do more tomorrow without a major rework, his enthusiasm for the task at hand - he would be an asset to any team that cares deeply about the products that they are working on and what the future of those products looks like.

I worked with Charlie at Diligent where he led the Global UX team. Charlie's passion for good design and focus on delighting his customers makes him an invaluable asset for any product team. Charlie is an exceptional manager, UX evangelist, and interaction design guru. His years of experience enable him to provide constructive feedback at critical points in projects and inspire creative solutions. As an evangelist, he does a great job of bringing in workshop facilitators and mentors from out in the field to keep his internal teams inspired.
